Platform 98kiss designed with Malaysian users' convenience in mind. We understand that most of our players access the platform via mobile phone, so the mobile login experience is just as good — if not better — than on a desktop computer.
The easiest way to log in is directly through the web browser on your device. Visit the official 98kiss, click the "Login" button at the top right, and enter your username and password. The process takes less than 30 seconds and you can start playing right away.
For users who frequently access the platform, it is recommended to bookmark the website (bookmark) for easier access in the future. This also helps you ensure you are always visiting the correct and trusted website, not a fake one.
Mobile App 98kiss available for Android and iOS devices and can be downloaded directly from the platform. Once installed, the login process becomes faster as you can use the "Remember Me" feature, which securely saves your login details on your device.
The app also allows you to receive push notifications (push notification) for bonus updates, live sports match results, and account transaction details. This keeps you from missing any exclusive offers available.
Forgetting your password is a common occurrence. At 98kiss, the password reset process is simple and secure. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, enter your registered phone number, and you will receive an OTP code to set a new password.
Make sure you set a strong new password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. This helps protect your account from any unauthorized access attempts.
Account 98kiss may be temporarily locked if there are too many consecutive failed login attempts. This is a security mechanism that protects your account from brute force. If this happens, wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact customer support for immediate assistance.
Your account may also be locked if the system detects unusual activity that could compromise your security. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered phone number to verify your identity before access is restored.
Every login session at 98kiss has a timeout period (session timeout) set to protect your account. If you are inactive for a certain period, the system will automatically log you out. This is an added security measure, especially important if you are using a shared device.
For maximum security, always click the "Log Out" button when you are done playing, especially when using a public computer or a device that does not belong to you.
