• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring credits from your platform account to a bank account or digital wallet.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

2User Eligibility

To register and use the platform 98kiss, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual.
• Not holding more than one active account on the 98kiss platform. Each user is permitted one account only.
• Not having previously been banned or suspended from the platform by 98kiss.
• Not acting as an agent or representative of any third party in the use of the platform.

3Account Registration and Management

The registration process at 98kiss is simple and secure. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is sufficient grounds for account closure without prior notice.

Each user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. 98kiss will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Contact our customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is processed. You will need to upload a clear photo of your national ID (MyKad) and a selfie. Your documents are protected with high-level encryption.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

98kiss supports multiple payment methods including FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are automatically credited to your account once payment is confirmed.

For withdrawals, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 98kiss account.
• If there is an active bonus with an unfulfilled rollover requirement, withdrawals cannot be processed until the rollover condition is met or the bonus is cancelled.
• 98kiss processes withdrawals within 5 to 10 minutes after the request is submitted and standard security checks are completed.

98kiss reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal request if there is suspicious activity or a need for further security review. In such cases, our team will contact you for additional information.

5Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 98kiss are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members registering for the first time. One account, one bonus only.
• Every bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawal of bonus funds or related winnings is permitted. Rollover requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• 98kiss reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of promotional abuse, use of multiple accounts, or activities that violate our terms.
• Wins earned using bonus credits will be counted as bonus funds until the rollover requirement is fulfilled.

6Game Rules

All games available on the platform 98kiss uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, independently audited, to ensure the fairness of every game outcome. Game results are final and cannot be disputed.

Specific rules for each game are stated within the game interface itself. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the rules before playing. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the server records 98kiss is the definitive reference source.

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Any technical interruption during gameplay will be resolved based on system records. If a game cannot continue, the bet will be returned to the player.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that assist in mechanical game decision-making is strictly prohibited.

7User Conduct and Prohibitions

To ensure a safe and fair platform environment for all users, 98kiss sets out a number of prohibitions that must be observed:

• Registering more than one account (whether in your own name or using another person's identity).
• Using funds obtained through illegal means or engaging in any money laundering activities.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to access your account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any method to manipulate game outcomes.
• Disrupting other users or degrading their gaming experience.

8Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. 98kiss. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be completed, or the bonus will be forfeited. Any remaining cash credits will be returned via the original payment method.

98kiss reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• There is suspicious activity or suspected involvement in fraud.
• The user is unable to provide the required KYC documentation.
• Directed by the relevant authorities.

9Liability Limit

98kiss provides the platform with every intention of ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation. However, we cannot fully guarantee the absence of technical disruptions. In such cases:

• 98kiss is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• 98kiss is not liable for game outcomes that a user considers unsatisfactory, provided the RNG system is functioning correctly.
• The maximum liability of 98kiss in any situation is limited to the amount of credits in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

However, this limitation of liability does not affect users' rights in relation to any negligence or fraud proven to have been committed by 98kiss directly.

10Amendments to Terms and Conditions

98kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the new effective date will be updated at the top of this document.

Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
